患 者:■,1才10カ 月,女 性. 初 診:昭 和45年3月 ■ 日. 主 訴:舌 肥大に よる摂食障害, 家族歴:両 親には特記すべき事項を認めない.患 者の 兄は双生児で妊娠8カ 月の 出生で,生 後間 もな く両者 と もに死亡,姉 は健康である. 既往歴:正 常分娩で生下時体重3,050gで,栄 養は混 合栄養で生後著患は認め られない. 現病歴:出 生時,す でに舌の肥大が認め られ,口 腔外 1に舌尖が突出し,そ の後発育に伴 って緩除に舌も大 き く な り,来 院約4カ 月前頃 よ り風邪に羅患 し,そ の時 よ り, 口腔外に突出した部分が,急 に発赤,腫 脹を きた し疼痛 を訴 えるようにな り,固 形物をほ とんど摂取できず,某 内科医 よ り当院に紹介され て来院 した. 現 症:体 格,栄 養共にやや悪 く,体 重は9kgで, 特 に下半身の発育が悪 く...
